In August of 1983, Precision Payroll processed our first payroll. Our first employee Patty Fritz (now our Director of Operations) and our first client, I am proud to say, are still working together today. In January of 1995 we were processing 10,000 checks monthly. Then by January of 2003 we were at 20,000. We are well beyond that today and continue to grow. Not only are we processing in Illinois, but we are now processing for 35+ states every week.

We began our 25th year in business on August 1, 2007. We believe in developing a long term mutually beneficial
relationship by offering our clients reliability, value, flexibility and staff that will grow with you as our employees
and clients have grown together over the past years. We retain over 97% of our clients annually. This is unheard of in
our industry. The main reason is our philosophy of client first and team second. Having zero turnovers in our key positions
has helped our cause. Precision provides an array of services designed to mitigate risks and headaches associated with
